Graffica is committed to operating as a responsible and ethical entity, guided by moral principles aligned with the expectations of all our stakeholders. Some of these are outlined below. For more detailed information, please contact us.
Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
Forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking and other kinds of slavery represent some of the gravest forms of human rights abuse in any society. We have a responsibility to be alert to the risks in both our business and our suppliers and customers. Graffica is committed to conducting all aspects of its business in an ethical and transparent manner. We acknowledge our duties and responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
Corruption, Bribery and Fraud Policy
Graffica is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards. The public and our customers have the right to expect that professional, competent and trustworthy people are employed by Graffica wherever we operate. We comply with all applicable legislation and, in line with the Fraud Act 2006 and the Bribery Act 2010, we have a ‘zero tolerance’ policy towards fraud, bribery and corruption, and will thoroughly investigate and seek to take disciplinary and/or legal action against those who perpetrate, are involved in, or assist with, fraudulent or other improper activities in all our operations.
Equality and Diversity Policy
Graffica is committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination. The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative of all sections of society and our customers, and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. The organisation – in providing goods and/or services and/or facilities – is also committed against unlawful discrimination of customers or the public.
Sustainability Policy
Graffica is committed to promoting sustainability. Concern for the environment is integral to our professional activities and the management of the company. We aim to follow and promote good sustainable practice, to reduce environmental impacts of all our activities, and to help our clients do the same.
